The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3324 of 2015 registered under Sections 420,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner no. 1 is the owner of the vehicle which he sold to the complainant after receiving consideration money.
