The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 dated 18.04.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-B)a, 25(1-Ac), 25(1-B)C 25(1-AA) and 26(1)(2)(3) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Some of the other accused persons, viz. Kesho Yadav and Anil Kumar Yadav @ Bauna have already been granted bail by this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2017. Keeping in mind the young age of the petitioner and nature of the recovery from him, this Court is inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55587 of 2017 (2) dt.30-11-2017 2/2 to him.

The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017.
