They submit that this writ application may also be disposed of in terms of the said order. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Chief General Manager, Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Ltd., Patna (respondent No. 6) to consider and decide the petitioner's case in terms of judgment and order of this Court dated 05.07.2019 in CWJC No. 1452 of 2019. The observations made in the said order dated 23.11.2021 shall apply in the present case also.
