Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 for the offence under sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the deceased was pregnant and she died on account of diarrhea. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
