Counsel for the parties submit that the order of this Court dated 15.01.2019 passed in CWJC No. 19923 of 2018 has already stood complied with inasmuch as the Vice-Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodhgaya vide order dated 06/07.05.2026 has directed for absorption of the petitioner with effect from 03.09.1985 on the post of Lecturer, Department of Magahi in B.D. College, Patna with consequential benefits,

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances with regard to payment of the consequential benefits, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed of.
