JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 1113 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant and causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from petitioner's side have also received injuries and on the investigation also it disclosed that there was altercation took place between two groups in which firing was made. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that injury is grievous in nature though in the hand.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73543 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner, above named, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
