The State of Bihar & Ors.) which was disposed of by this Court on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case was covered by the order passed in CWJC No. 5424 of 2012 and CWJC No. 16979 of 2014.

Accordingly, this application is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in the case of Arun Kumar Singh (supra) alone

Patna High Court CWJC No.9760 of 2013 dt.20-07-2016 without given any opinion on the merit of this case. While deciding the case of the petitioners, the Authority concerned will also examine the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 7737 of 1991 disposed of on 27.4.1994.
