2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The present petition has been filed only for a direction to learned Sub Judge-III, Siwan to hear and dispose of Title Suit No. 838 of 2013 filed by the petitioner expeditiously.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending since 2013 but the learned trial court is not taking any interest and for this reason the matter is stuck at the stage of evidence itself.

5. Since the petitioner has come before this Court with limited prayer for expeditious disposal of the title suit which is pending since 2013, I do not think there is any need to issue notice to the respondents.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, learned Sub Judge-III, Siwan is directed to hear the matter with urgency and dispose of Title Suit No. 838 pf 2013 within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
