JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned SC-16 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3 & 7, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the "Competent Authority" i.e. the D.C.L.R. of the area concerned under the provisions of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
