2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"I. The respondents may kindly be directed to conclude the selection process for the post of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor / Professor lying vacant at the Government Ayurvedic College, Patna, Begusarai & Darbhanga in view of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1045 of 2021 dt.04-01-2022 2/2 the online application invited in this regard under the Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.
II. The respondents also may kindly be directed to publish the final panel / selection list with regard to the candidates who participated and found suitable for the post so necessitated under the selection process above said.
III. The answering respondents further may kindly be directed to ensure selection / joining of the petitioner against vacant sanction post of Associate Professor under the faculty of Gynecology and Obstetrics or other faculty in either of the Government Colleges above said considering his eligibility and other criteria so placed.
IV. The respondents also may kindly be directed to ensure selection / appointment of the petitioner under the condition, where the candidate having better rank / position in the selection list shown his disinterest or failed to turn up till date. V. Any other relief or reliefs may kindly be allowed for which the petitioner be found entitled in the opinion of the Hon'ble Court."
3. Petitioner has questioned the validity of select list dated 07.02.2020 to the post of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor and Professor without impleading such of those persons whose rights are likely to be affected in the event of allowing the petition.
4. Accordingly, for non-joinder of necessary and proper party, petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to file a fresh petition.
