The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is owner of the vehicle. His driver took his vehicle for carrying the food materials, but he used the vehicle for illegal purpose. Petitioner has no knowledge about the recovered materials. Further he submits that from perusal of first information report, it is evident that no one has taken the name of this petitioner about the involvement

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S.
