After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application, but he submits that the widow of the deceased-employee is not getting family pension.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This writ application is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the competent authority for family pension for his mother, who will consider the said issue and take decision in accordance with law.
