2. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the judgment dated 19.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 8217 of 2015 requiring the authorities, inter alia, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that an aggregate amount of Rs. 91,71,311/- had already been paid to the petitioner in the past. Further statement is made at the Bar on behalf of the opposite parties that an amount of Rs.
Patna High Court MJC No.3536 of 2015 dt.20-07-2016 2/2 6,96,065/- has been transferred by RTGS to the account of the petitioner towards his interest on the admitted dues. It is, therefore, submitted that the judgment of this Court now stands complied with.
4. Having regard to the statements made on behalf of the opposite parties, the contempt petition stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner that in case he be aggrieved by the calculation of interest as paid by the respondents, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
