It has been stated in the counter affidavit that during the pendency of this writ application an order dated 29.04.2014 has already been passed by the District Arms, Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of licence for the Semi Automatic rifle. It is stated that the licence for the Semi Automatic rifle cannot be granted by the District Magistrate,

Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
