Pursuant to order dated 28.08.2015, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent University on 8th September, 2015. The query of the Court in its order dated 28.08.2015 has been answered in the supplementary counter affidavit from which it transpires that payments on account of arrears of pension in revised pay scale, arrears of gratuity based on revised pay scale and difference of leave encashment for 289 days based on the revised pay scale has been paid to the petitioner under letter dated 05.09.2015.
