The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not present at the site and his name has been mentioned by the other co-accused, who was arrested at the site along with the vehicle.

Taking into consideration, this Court finds that a case under Sections 379 and 411, prima facie would not be made out against the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on
