Petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No.440 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Ravi Kumar Thakur. Case diary has been received. Learned APP submits that besides naming the petitioner by co-accused in his confessional statement, there is no other material against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
