This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 330 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 441/341/325/326/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 307/120-B of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner no.2 is concerned, the same is dismissed in view of the fact that he has assaulted the victim, as a result of which, the victim has lost his eyes.
