Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahila (Madhepura) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 registered under Sections- 498A, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioner no. 1 & 2, who are Maternal Uncle and Maternal Aunt of the informant and petitioner no. 3, who is daughter of petitioner nos. 1 & 2, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52340 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 that petitioner nos. 1 & 2 helped petitioner no. 3 in solemnizing marriage with husband of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that it is their internal dispute between husband and wife. Petitioners never demanded dowry and never tortured the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Mahila (Madhepura) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
