Considering the nature of the allegation in consonance with the period of detention, petitioner, Shankar Prasad @ Sukhindra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Gayatri Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No.161 of 2017.

However, it is made clear that on account of disclosure of the fact in the order impugned that during course of investigation, address of the petitioner has not been found true, the learned lower Court is directed to accept the bail bond only after proper ascertainment of permanent address/ present address of the petitioner in consonance with the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
