Petitioners are in custody in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 for the offence under sections 323, 342, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 26(ii)/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they have made indiscriminate firing which caused injury to the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 8.8.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72973 of 2018(4) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 8.8.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017.
