The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/147/323/504/307/ 354/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute and the nature of injury, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
