2. According to the allegation, 12 cartridges were recovered from the bed of the petitioner.

3. Though, earlier the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 4984 of 2024, but the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody and the time of one year has elapsed as the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11.04.2024. Hence, the present bail application has been filed. 4.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44387 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Simri Bakhtiyarpur) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
