JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to SC-32 appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent District Land Acquisition Officer, Darbhanga, for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the issues raised in the present writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that if an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the respondent no. 3 either himself or any other competent authority
