11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 239/2017, G.R. No. 2133/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that of keeping one country made pistol and live cartridge which has been seized from his possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.07.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63715 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2018 the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 239/2017, G.R. No.
