The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 179 of 2018 dated 05.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. Should such and application be filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the

No.73600 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 court below shall take into account that the recovery has been made from a house which is in joint possession of several coparceners and that if at all the vehicle was purchased by him, there was no information to the petitioner that it was stolen one and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
