The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 179 of 2018 dated 05.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.
