The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioners herein are said to have assaulted and tortured the daughter of the informant for dowry and ultimately she was done to death.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 21.1.2022 (Annexure-1), however two of the petitioners therein was granted bail on the ground of them being

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44194 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 females. It is further submitted that by the said order liberty was granted to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after six months. It has been more than 6 months since passing of the said order.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioners, liberty granted to the petitioners in the earlier order of rejection dated 21.1.2022 and the petitioners having remained in custody since 12.2.2021, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case no. 35 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Saran at Chapra.
