2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Mufassil (Banuchhapar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, one motorcycle was stolen by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got eleven criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 25.04.2023.

5. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023. He is accused in eleven more cases and most of the cases are registered in Sigara Police Station, Varanasi.

6. Considering aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46228 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Mufassil (Banuchhapar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Bettiah Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
