13410 of 2023 by His Lordships order dated 08.01.2024, although without complying the same, whereby inter alia the Circle Officer, Chautham, Khagaria was directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2021-22 after hearing all the parties including the alleged encroachers in accordance with law."

2. Perusal of the records, it is evident that petitioner was an encroachers of a public land. After removal from the encroached land, he seeks for alternative allotment of land. The same cannot be adjudicated, for the reasons that there is no State policy insofar as providing alternative accommodation or plot/house to such of those illegal encroachers who have been removed from such illegal encroachment.

3. Accordingly, the present CWJC No. 10481 of 2025 stands disposed of with cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand).
