The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 43383 of 2021, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 07.04.2022 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43740 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 in Cr.Misc. No. 43383 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time providedhereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
