====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is husband of the deceased. It is alleged in the written report that the daughter of the informant was married with this petitioner. She was done to death in her Sasural by burn injury on account of non- fulfillment of demand of dowry. Case diary has been received.

Learned counsel(s) for informant and State has submitted that son of the deceased in paragraph 6 of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72965 of 2018(5) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 diary had supported the case levelling allegation against this petitioner.

The doctor, in the postmortem examination, has found 70 percent burn injury on the person of the deceased. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
