2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. having allegation of inflicting knife blow to the informant causing injury to him and the nature of injury is dangerous to life. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents also.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
