The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 114/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being a Panchayat Saciv of Padhauti did not submit the register and folders with regard to the appointment of Panchayat Teachers. It is submitted that the petitioner joined Padhauti Panchayat in the year 2014. The appointments of teachers have been made in the year 2005-06. Later on, petitioner on search got some documents relating to appointment of panchayat teacher which he submitted on 24.07.2015, but even then the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39683 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 has been made accused.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua Kaimur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 114/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
