During course of preparation to commit dacoity/an offence, police conducted raid over confidential information and during course thereof, petitioner along with ten more persons were apprehended out of whom from the possession of Pramod Yadav son of Bindeshwar Yadav, Surendra Yadav, Bahadur Paswan a countrymade loaded pistol along with live cartridges were recovered, from the possession of Kunal Paswan cartridges were recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 22.10.2017.
