JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 10.02.2017, passed in Cr. Misc No. 54735 of 2017.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been in custody since 20.06.2016 and uptil now out of nine witnesses only four have been examined and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016, was rejected on merit, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, this application for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55122 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 grant of regular bail is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of one year.
