Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is brother-in-law of the victim. It is alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioner's wife (sister of the victim) informed about the petitioner taking away the victim from her in-laws' house and, thereafter, the body has been recovered from one box.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused Md Shamsher as well as the wife of the petitioner Nagma Khatoon have already been allowed bail. It is

Having considered the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The same is rejected.
