BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/s directing the respondents concerned to revise the salary of the petitioner after providing altogether three increments in the salary and accordingly fix the salary payable to the petitioner in the pay scale and Grade pay to which he is entitled to pursuant to the resolution dated 23.09.2016 issued by the finance department in respect of GroupIV (GHA) employees to which the petitioner belongs with effect from 01.06.2006."

Patna High Court CWJC No.1105 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner has submitted Resolution No. 7577 dated 23.09.2016 followed by two representations dated 04.07.2020 (Annexure-2) and 10.08.2020 (Annexure-3).

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to act on the representations of the petitioner read with Resolution No. 7577 dated 23.09.2016 and proceed to pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
