2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 264 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide which is apparent from the materials collected during investigation and the post mortem report. He further submits that there is no ante mortem injury

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody and the materials available on record, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Siwan/ concerned Court in connection with Mairwan P.S. Case No. 264 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
