The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Muffasil P.S. case No. 151 of 2013 under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant filed complaint case No. 1160 of 2013 on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged. The informant alleged that she was married to Madan Chauhan in the year 2010 but thereafter her husband and other in-laws began to demand

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1266 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 different articles. They all assaulted her and drove her out from the house.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and other in-laws of the informant. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of informant and her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are in-laws of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 151 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
