====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2025 Heard Mr. Kumar Harshvardhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners, Mrs. Anita Kumari, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Madan Kumar, learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(1), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel are that both the parties are co-villagers, in fact, an altercation took place in between them due to quarrel in between the children of both the sides which resulted in free fight among them and the manner of occurrence shown in the FIR is totally false, however, in the present time, good relation has been

It is further submitted that there is a sole injured person who is son of the informant, whose injury report has been filed as Annexure-P/3 which shows that he sustained only one injury which falsify the manner of assault as alleged in the FIR. It is lastly submitted that both the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and languishing in jail since 10.04.2025.
4. Learned counsel for the informant accepts the factum of compromise having been made in between both the parties.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has no opposition to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel, this court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025. (Shailendra Singh, J) siddharthkr/- U T
