2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to make payment of compensation against land of petitioner has been acquired in Bharatmala Project in L.A Case No. 02/2020-21/02/2021-22 which L.A.

No. 98, Award (Panchat) No. 98 under Chak Asharaf revenue village bearing Thana no.

141, Plot No. 621, area 0.0745 Hector with statutory interest."

3. The counter-affidavit of the State-respondents shows that the amount for a plot No. 621 (area) 0.0745 hector

Patna High Court CWJC No.10751 of 2025(4) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 has been transferred in the account (Account No. 497110110008031) of Urmila Devi (wife of the petitioner).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some more area have been left out for which he will be agitating the matter.

5. This Court is convinced that the payment for the said land has already been made in the bank account (Account No. 497110110008031) of the wife of the petitioner, as recorded above, and if the petitioner has any further grievance, he has liberty to approach appropriate authorities.

6. The writ petition stands disposed with aforesaid observation.
