The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7459 of 2016 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
