JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad vide his letter No. 142/2019 has sought two months further time to conclude Sessions Trial No. 73/18-265/18 arising out of Obra P.S. Case No. 162/17 on the ground of non availability of F.S.L. report.

Perusal of above stated letter dated 3.7.2019 goes to show that two months have already been elapsed. However, learned counsel appearing for petitioner informs that the above stated Sessions Trial No. 73/18-265/18 is still pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad for want of F.S.L. report.

Let fresh report be called for from 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad about present position of the above stated Sessions Trial No. 73/18-265/18 and, furthermore, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72462 of 2018(10) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 learned trial court shall also report as to what steps have taken by him for obtaining the F.S.L. report.

The report must reach this Court within four weeks from today.
