Having perused the pleadings and materials on record, we are clearly of the view that this writ petition, which has been filed, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, involves separate disputed questions of fact including title to the land, which form the subject

Patna High Court CWJC No.5690 of 2015 (3) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 matter of this writ petition, therefore, this Court's extra-ordinary jurisdiction, under Article 226 of the Constitution, cannot be invoked in a case of present nature.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed.
