Defendant is the appellant. The plaintiffs filed the suit for declaration of title and for declaration that the entry made in the revisional survey record of rights with regard to the land mentioned in Schedule I of the plaint is wrong, void and without jurisdiction. The suit was decreed and it was found that entry made in the revisional survey record of rights is wrong, void and without jurisdiction.
This appeal stood dismissed against respondent no.6 due to non-compliance of peremptory order. The same and similar relief is sought against the other respondents. In this view of the fact to avoid contradictory judgment, the appeal has to be dismissed against all respondents.
