JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 337, 338, 120B, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being a police offer was returning after conducting the investigation of Daniawan P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 when he was informed that two women are fighting. The informant went to pacify the matter but, female started abusing and thereafter 20-25 male and female attacked on the informant and other police personnel, attempted to snatch the arms and pelted stones but somehow the informant and other police personnel escaped from the scene.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1824 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 petitioners that accusation is against the mob and petitioners are unmarried girls.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
