Now, prayer has been made for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner on the ground of marriage of his daughter. There is specific allegation against this petitioner in the written report. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent also. Several cases are pending against him.

Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant provisional bail to the petitioner.
