Petitioner is aggrieved by non consideration of the case for grant of promotion as Headmaster and trained graduate pay scale whereas the juniors to the petitioner have been granted promotion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that many teachers junior to the petitioner have been granted the benefit of Headmaster pay scale but the case of the petitioner was ignored by the respondents without going into the thicket of controversy

Patna High Court CWJC No.14640 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 whether the respondents have benefited the juniors ignoring the position of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify whether they have granted promotion as Headmaster to any person junior to the petitioner, in case any junior to the petitioner have been granted promotion and the petitioner is eligible for grant of promotion then they have to take appropriate decision regarding the claim of the petitioner.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur and grant all consequential benefits if admissible within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
