2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the injury report discloses the injury to be simple in nature.

4. Learned APP submits on the basis of case diary that the injury has been sustained on the left foot caused by firearm which corroborates the accusation of firing by the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence as well as the injury report, this Court is not
