JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) Respondents may be directed to shift Waste Processing Unit being constructed in Ward No. 7, Khata No.32, Khesra No. 104 and 110 of Supouli Panchayat having area of 12 decimal to a suitable place (out of residential areas of panchayat)."

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Purnea shall enquire into the matter and pass a reasoned and a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
